Tee-off time: 8:00 am
Joining fee: PHP 3,500
♦ includes Green fees, lunch buffet and raffle ticket
♦ excludes Caddie fees (PHP 500) and golf cart (PHP 400)

♦Team Play (4 to play, 3 to count)
This golf tournament is open to all individuals, MD’s and non-MD’s, UP graduates and non-UP graduates, young and old, male and female, avid golfers or “weekend, once in a while” golfers.
We are hoping to have teams from various hospital/medical centers, health care and non-health care related companies, medical specialties, civic groups to join us in this event.
