UPMAS HOMECOMING BULLETIN 2016 – 01 HOMECOMING BENEFIT BALL PRE-EVENT REGISTRATION
Dear Fellow Alumnus,
Greetings of peace and health from the 2016 Silver Jubilarians, UPCM Class of 1991!
The 2016 UPMAS Homecoming Celebration entitled Mulat sa UP, sa UP Muli is fast approaching.
We are pleased to announce that we have already opened the pre-event registration for the Homecoming Benefit Ball which will be held on December 21, 2016 at the Shangri-La Hotel Ballroom (Bonifacio Global City). This will be an all-inclusive homecoming with participation from not only the celebrating classes but from the entire UPCM alumni. Despite the new and beautiful venue this year, each ball ticket remains at its previous price of Php3000 (US$70) inclusive of dinner. We encourage you to invite friends and classmates so you may be seated together exclusively in a table of ten (10). As an incentive for early registration and to encourage maximum attendance, the class with the most number of registrants by November 15, 2016 will receive an overnight stay to one deluxe room at the hotel for December 21, 2016. Homecoming ball registration forms may be downloaded here. Payments may be deposited to UPMAS (BPI Taft Avenue branch Peso Savings Account #3061-0870-35 or USD Savings Account 00-3064-0129-82, swift code BOPIPHMM). Please email your registration form and transaction slip to upmas2016reg@gmail.com. Tickets will be made available within 72 hours from receipt of payment. No ticket refunds or returns will be entertained.
